This service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, with no guarantees of uptime, performance, or reliability.

2. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

• We provide no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We are not responsible for any data loss, downtime, security breaches, or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
• Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service during the last 30 days.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized activity, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, or distributing malicious software.
• Hosting content that is illegal, infringing, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Excessive resource consumption that negatively affects other users.

• All payments are non-refundable, regardless of service interruptions or cancellations.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any data loss, and we do not offer data recovery services.
